Where are my saved passwords?

If your password manager suddenly stopped autofilling your login details — don’t worry, nothing is broken and your account is still safe.

This happens because we recently updated our login URL.

Why this happens

Password managers (like 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, Dashlane, or your browser’s built-in manager) save your credentials based on the website domain.

So if you originally saved your password for:

https://relu-automate-production.eu.auth0.com/

…but we now authenticate through:

https://login.relu.ai

Your password manager sees this as a different website, and it won’t automatically match or suggest the saved password.

This is expected behavior — password managers do this for security reasons, so credentials aren’t filled into the wrong site.

How to fix it

The good news: you just need to update the saved login entry in your password manager.

Option 1: Search for your old saved login

  1. Open your password manager

  2. Search for the old login entry (usually under our product name)

  3. Edit the website URL to match the new login domain

  4. Save changes

Once updated, autofill should work again.

Option 2: Add a new login entry

If editing isn’t possible, you can create a new entry:

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Manually paste your email + password

  3. Let your password manager prompt you to “Save new login”

  4. Confirm the new URL

Option 3: Browser password autofill

If you use Chrome/Safari/Edge autofill:

  1. Open your browser settings

  2. Go to Passwords

  3. Find the saved entry for the old login domain

  4. Update it or delete it and re-save on next login

Still stuck?

If you’re unable to access your account or can’t find the saved password, you can always reset it using the Forgot password link on the login screen.
