My Scans keep failing, what Can I do?
CBCT:
single file DICOMs usually deliver the best results
Only DICOMS up to 2 GB are supported
Non-orthogonal scans are not supported (each slice is offset by a fixed values)
make sure that the folder you upload contains multiple DICOM slices
Intra-oral scans:
Totally edentulous scans are not supported yet.
Please make sure you upload either scanned plaster models or digital impressions directly taken from the mouth. Scanned impressions (scanned silicon or alginate impressions) are not well supported.
Surgical caps/scanning are sometimes recognized, but do not work for every case
